After working within correctional environments for more than 30 years, I recognize the unique pressures professionals carry on and off the job.
Corrections is an environment shaped by constant responsibility, unpredictability, and demanding situations. These experiences influence stress response, workplace interaction, personal relationships, and overall professional functioning in ways that are not always recognized in the moment.
